Phase 1 — Discovery & Architecture
Workflow Audit & System Design
Mapped every manual touchpoint: phone order intake, manual quote generation, spreadsheet inventory tracking, and paper-based job scheduling. Designed a modular portal architecture with separate client-facing, production-facing, and admin-facing interfaces — each with tailored views and access roles.
Phase 2 — E-Commerce & Order Management

Built the full e-commerce portal with a configurable product catalog (paper types, sizes, finishes, quantities), an instant quote engine, and an online checkout. Implemented a job-order management system with real-time production status updates that clients can track without calling in — from order placed to ready for collection.

Stock Control, Invoicing & Payment Tracking
Built the inventory management module with low-stock alert thresholds and automated reorder triggers connected to supplier contact workflows. Automated the full invoicing lifecycle: invoice generation on order confirmation, payment tracking with reminder sequences, and a client portal to view account history and download invoices at any time.
